How do I unlock a scooter?

Open the RideGo app, find a scooter on the map, and tap "Unlock". Scan the QR code on the handlebar, and the scooter will unlock automatically. Helmet is stored in the rear box.

Where can I park the scooter?

You can park at any designated RideGo parking zone shown in the app, or at public bike/scooter parking areas. Avoid blocking sidewalks or private property. The app will guide you.

What is the maximum range of a scooter?

Fully charged scooters have a range of up to 45 km. The app shows the current battery percentage before you unlock. If battery drops below 15%, we recommend ending your ride soon.

Is there an age requirement?

You must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license to rent a RideGo scooter. The app will verify your ID during registration.

What if I have an issue during my ride?

Use the in-app "Help" button to report any mechanical or safety issue. Our support team is available 24/7 and can remotely lock/unlock the scooter if needed.
