Welcome to RideGo! By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any of our ride-sharing, scooter-sharing, and intercity transportation services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our platform.
By creating an account, booking a ride, or using any RideGo service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
RideGo provides a technology platform that connects riders with independent driver-partners and facilitates scooter rentals. Our Services include:
RideGo acts as an intermediary and does not provide transportation directly. Drivers are independent contractors and not employees of RideGo.
You must be at least 18 years old to use RideGo. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
All fares are calculated based on distance, time, and the selected service type. An estimated fare is displayed before you confirm a booking. You agree to pay the final fare shown, including any applicable taxes, tolls, and surcharges. Payments can be made via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, RideGo wallet, or cash, where available.
Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel after a grace period or if the driver has already arrived. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

RideGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these conduct rules.
RideGo integrates GPS tracking and an emergency SOS button in the app. While we strive to ensure safety, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In case of an emergency, immediately contact local authorities and use the in-app SOS feature.
RideGo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fare paid for the specific ride in question. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect location, payment, and ride information solely to provide and improve our Services. Data is not shared with third parties without consent except as required by law.
The RideGo name, logo, app interface, and all related content are the exclusive intellectual property of RideGo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka. We encourage amicable resolution through our support team before legal action.
